media studies with shade

 So our supporting character Samuel is somewhat tall around 6 foot he has black curly hair and is wearing a kinda nice outfit more on the casual side but all black he is very serious and has a very objective mentality knowing exactly what he wants and has a very honest personality. I would say that he is a little mentaly unstable.

 I would say that our film isn't very stereotypical when is comes to other movies about "drumming" considering how other films are more comedy related.  I believe that we are challenging representation by making a more serious mentality and showing the practice how you perform side of the activity. I think I just need to add one more costuming thing to shade because we are adding a scene with "visions" or "flashbacks".

 So for our film there are only two main characters so costuming wasn't that hard. One character will have black long hair about shoulder length and one will just have normal dark brown short hair and sam is gonna wear a nice oufit and shade will wear jeans and a t shirt

 Some challenges I have faced/ am facing while preparing for filming was mainly the location. since my group is doin a rendition of whiplash it was kind of challenging to find a drum set but eventually we have came to the decision that we should use the band room in our high school but the next challenge is getting permission to use the Band room. A few easy parts was figuring out what costumes to wear; we practically have everything we need already in the costume area of this project, all we need for our costumes is just jeans and different colored t-shirts especially for the roles of shade who is being played by Shade Ericson and sam who is being played by Samuel Suarez. I also already have a camera for recording which is going to be used by Xavier Pennymon. although we already have our location and stuff we have not came up with a time and or date yet and as for a script we are going to use our own script written by everyone in our group
